While our Uni-frame® head immobilization system works well for older children and pre-teens, younger patients require a tighter profile. For these patients MEDTEC offers a more narrow thermoplastic frame – the Type-S™ frame requires smaller sheets and the Uni-frame accepts any reloadable Uni-frame thermoplastic. Plus, child-friendly thermoplastics in bright pink and blue are available for our head and neck masks.
