| | MEDTEC’s integrated positioning system for cranial-spinal treatments utilizes a Vac-Lok™ vacuum cushion with a special PediBoard™, a Uni-frame® baseplate prone head holder, and a thermoplastic mask. The all-plastic PediBoard accommodates a three-inch vinyl-covered foam block for torso elevation and spinal alignment. Its raised sides capture the Vac-Lok cushion for easy molding around the body. Indexing pins allow for accurate and reproducible positioning of the tilting prone head holder along the longitudinal axis. |
