MEDTEC Joins CIVCO Team
Company to Provide Solutions to Improve Patient Outcomes | Kalona, Iowa, USA- CIVCO Medical Instruments Co., Inc. has announced MEDTEC, Inc., of Orange City, Iowa, has been acquired by its parent company Roper Industries, Inc. MEDTEC joins with CIVCO in creating a full line of medical products, software and services for use in diagnostic procedures, minimally invasive surgery and cancer therapy. Together, CIVCO and MEDTEC are expected to generate approximately $85 million of revenues in 2006.
