AccuForm custom cushions are ideal for high-precision head and neck treatments and for those “in-between” head sizes.
The cushions consist of a soft pillow filled with beads coated in a water-curable resin. When sprayed with water, the cushion becomes pliable, allowing it to be formed to the patient’s anatomical contours. After a few minutes, the AccuForm cushion hardens to a rigid yet comfortable custom mold. The AccuForm positioner assists with cushion re-positioning on the baseplate.
AccuForm cushions are available in two head sizes and a larger size designed for head, neck, and shoulders setups. Ask your MEDTEC account representative for assistance in determining the best cushion sizes for your specific treatment needs.
